"My feedback has more to do with hotel.com's services verses the actual hotel. I wanted to stay at the Executive Hotel, as this is where my 20th year reunion was to be held. When I tried to book using your service, I was told there were no rooms available there. So I booked a stay at the Accent Inn, the hotel that the hotel.com customer service representative stated was the closest one to the hotel where the reunion was being held at. After reserving the room (having the feeling that there was reason the hotel was all booked up, at that I'd better have some where to stay), I phoned the Executive Hotel and they said they had plenty of rooms available for the night of the reunion. I immediately tried to cancel my hotel.com reservation, but the reservation was still charged to my credit card. Needless to say, I will NEVER use hotel.com to book my hotel stays again."
